Karate-do Seminar in Saint-Sauveur, France ~ October 2010

Master Oscar Higa's Kyudokan Karate-do seminar was organized by the OKINAWA-TE TRADITIONAL Dojo in Saint-Sauveur, France. The dojo is headed by Sensei Patrice MERCKEL, Official Representative of Kyudokan Karate-do France, appointed by Master Oscar Masato Higa.
During the seminar, Master Higa was made an Honarary Citizen of the City of SAINT-SAUVEUR (town of 2000 inhabitants, where our dojo was located over 30 years) by Ms. Christiane BEY, Mayor of St. Sauveur.

Master Oscar Masato Higa was made Honorary Citizen of the City of Saint-Sauveur (where the dojo Okinawa-te Traditional led by Patrice Merckel is located), by Madame Christiane BEY Mayor of the commune de St Sauveur.
